That's my job, to take an idea or message of yours
and translate it visually.
The main goal of my work, whether it's a corporate
brochure or a magazine cover is to communicate with images. I would
say at least half of the effectiveness of my work is the concept. The
combination of strong images and clear communicative thinking makes
for successful illustration.
I attended the Rhode Island School of Design where
I received a BFA in illustration. My work is done in a traditional method
of oil glaze. I work on gessoed paper building up my color with thin
layers of oil paint. You just can't beat the color of oil. I can deliver
illustration either in original art form or digitally, whichever you
prefer. I hope we'll have an opportunity to work together, I look forward
to hearing from you.
A list of my clients include,
AT&T , United Airlines, Polaroid, Simon and Schuster Publishing, NASDAQ,
Sprint Communications, Coors Brewing Company, Chicago Tribune, Hewlett
Packard, Smith Barney, Johns Hopkins University, L.A. Times, Ciba Giegy
Pharmaceutical, Bantam Books and, Business Week Magazine.
